How it works

You send two things. We do the rest.

No app to learn, no software to set up. Here's the whole process, start to finish.

Review it, sign it, file it. You stay the filer of record.

1

Send your stuff

Upload your fuel receipts (photo dump, CSV, or fuel-card export) and your mileage — ELD/GPS export or trip sheets. Takes about two minutes. No formatting, no sorting.

2

We build the return

We compute per-jurisdiction miles, taxable gallons, tax-paid credits, surcharges, and net tax owed — and flag any gaps like missing receipts or an odd MPG before they become a problem.

3

You review, sign, file

Usually back within one business day: a filing-ready return plus a complete, audit-ready record set you keep. Review it, sign, and file on your state portal — or we walk you through it.

What you actually send

Two things. That's it.

1 · Your fuel purchases

  • Any of these works: photos of receipts, a CSV, or a fuel-card / fleet-card export.
  • We pull gallons and the jurisdiction each purchase was made in for your tax-paid credits.

2 · Your mileage

  • Any of these works: an ELD / GPS export, IFTA mileage report, or your trip sheets.
  • We break out miles by jurisdiction — the basis for your taxable gallons in each state.

Missing something? Send what you have — we'll flag the gaps and tell you exactly what's needed before anything gets filed.
